Our philosophy

The word Salero means delicious; at the same time, it means “salt shaker”, that accessory that adds taste to our dishes. For us, Salero implies life as we want to live it. Tasty, lively and authentic. Salero is a restaurant with character, operating since 2007, in a 1930's Bauhaus building, colorful and welcoming, just like the Mediterranean culture and cuisine.
